Reviews and Ratings
My stay was absolutely memorable! The hotel is set on the side of a volcano, offering a unique experience, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The dining options were fabulous, especially the chocolate-making experience, though I did struggle with the heat in the rooms due to the open design. The breathtaking views and lush surroundings made it worthwhile, although I wish the mosquitoes weren't as troublesome.
Our stay was unforgettable, with stunning views of the Pitons that were simply breathtaking. The rooms were spacious and offered a unique open-plan experience, though they could definitely use some updates. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially upon our arrival. However, dining options, while decent, felt a bit overpriced and could have offered more variety for dinner, which was disappointing. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for those looking to explore the beauty of St. Lucia.
While the property is breathtaking and offers stunning views, our experience was marred by overpriced services and a lack of hospitality. The location is amazing, being right on a cocoa plantation, but the service felt inconsistent at times. The dining was quite good, and the facilities had potential but could improve in some areas.
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience, especially with its breathtaking views and the intense focus on chocolate-themed dining. The rooms offered a unique open-air feel which added to the charm, and the staff gradually became more accommodating. However, the payment process was quite odd and left me a bit uneasy, slightly tarnishing an otherwise magical evening.
I had an amazing stay at Hotel Chocolat, where the unique chocolate theme was seamlessly integrated into a luxurious experience. The breathtaking views from the rooms and infinity pool were unforgettable. While the dining was imaginative and delicious, the shuttle prices to nearby beaches were a bit steep, and I noticed the Wi-Fi could use some improvement. Overall, a perfect getaway for relaxation and stunning landscapes.
