My stay was absolutely memorable! The hotel is set on the side of a volcano, offering a unique experience, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The dining options were fabulous, especially the chocolate-making experience, though I did struggle with the heat in the rooms due to the open design. The breathtaking views and lush surroundings made it worthwhile, although I wish the mosquitoes weren't as troublesome.

Rooms

The rooms had a lovely semi open feel but got insufferably hot during the afternoon, which was quite uncomfortable. The presence of mosquitoes was also a downside.
Service

The service was exceptional and the staff were very accommodating, always eager to help with anything we needed throughout our stay.
Location

The hotel's location is secluded, providing stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere, though you'll need to rent a car or spend on cabs to explore the area. The surrounding jungle adds to its charm.

Our stay was unforgettable, with stunning views of the Pitons that were simply breathtaking. The rooms were spacious and offered a unique open-plan experience, though they could definitely use some updates. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially upon our arrival. However, dining options, while decent, felt a bit overpriced and could have offered more variety for dinner, which was disappointing. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for those looking to explore the beauty of St. Lucia.

The service was generally helpful, and the staff added a personal touch to our experience, but there were moments that felt a bit lacking in energy and enthusiasm.
Location

The location was spectacular with amazing views; however, the noise from the nearby road was a constant distraction during our stay.
Dining

While breakfast was particularly good, dinners were average and pricey, with a limited menu that could use some improvement.

The hotel had nice facilities and plenty of space to explore, but upgrading some areas could enhance the overall experience.

While the property is breathtaking and offers stunning views, our experience was marred by overpriced services and a lack of hospitality. The location is amazing, being right on a cocoa plantation, but the service felt inconsistent at times. The dining was quite good, and the facilities had potential but could improve in some areas.

Rooms

Our Luxe room boasted an incredible view and was well-appointed; however, we often felt we were exposed to the elements as the sealing wasn't great.
Service

Service varied greatly; while some staff members were attentive and accommodating, others seemed disinterested and the communication about pricing was often unclear.

The facilities were decent but the bar by the pool was never open during our stay, which was disappointing.

Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience, especially with its breathtaking views and the intense focus on chocolate-themed dining. The rooms offered a unique open-air feel which added to the charm, and the staff gradually became more accommodating. However, the payment process was quite odd and left me a bit uneasy, slightly tarnishing an otherwise magical evening.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Chocolat, where the unique chocolate theme was seamlessly integrated into a luxurious experience. The breathtaking views from the rooms and infinity pool were unforgettable. While the dining was imaginative and delicious, the shuttle prices to nearby beaches were a bit steep, and I noticed the Wi-Fi could use some improvement. Overall, a perfect getaway for relaxation and stunning landscapes.

Rooms

The Luxe Lodge was absolutely breathtaking, open to nature with incredible views of Petit Piton. However, the openness brought in some small creatures, which could be a bit of a surprise at night.
Service

The service was genuinely helpful and always warm without being intrusive. I particularly appreciated the attention from the staff during our anniversary dinner, which was a nice touch.
Location

The location was stunning, providing an uninterrupted view of Petit Piton. I found the beautiful surroundings to enhance the overall experience, making it feel both intimate and luxurious.
Dining

The facilities, especially the infinity pool, complemented the stunning views and were very well maintained. However, the shuttle service to the beaches could be improved in terms of price and frequency.
